Triflex

Technical details
Triflex bearings consist of metal upper and lower parts as well as a vulcanized rubber body; they feature defined axial, radial and torsional spring stiffnesses that are structurally coordinated to allow for coupled motion in multiple degrees of freedom. The progressive spring characteristic ensures that the bearing becomes significantly stiffer as the load increases, thereby absorbing overloads. In addition, Triflex bearings offer a long service life under continuous cyclic loading while maintaining mechanical properties that remain largely consistent.
