Buffer
Rubber-metal buffers are robust, elastic components used in commercial vehicles to effectively dampen shocks, vibrations and hard impacts. They consist of an elastic rubber body that is firmly bonded to metal elements, making them both flexible and highly durable. These buffers are used wherever components need to be protected from severe vibrations or mechanical stresses - for example, in chassis, body structures, mounting points or connections between moving components. Thanks to their elasticity, they reduce noise, absorb forces and help protect frames, powertrains, and attached components. At the same time, they extend the service life of vehicle components and improve ride comfort, especially under demanding operating conditions.
